The worship is not a burden on anyone, it's an excuse, which is given through its commandments and duties with the desire of Almighty Allah. Worshiping God will be successful when bad habits like anger, pride, arrogance, greed, inattention, and other wrong deeds we have made will be canceled.
A person has to do good deeds and worship to reduce the sins he has committed. The more you pray in a day, the more your heart becomes free from sins and so your faith becomes higher.
There are some people who are not able to perform their prayers regularly due to their bad health or any other challenges. But if they continue performing their prayers daily for Allah's sake in spite of challenges then that would help them in their worship.
